Shipping policy

At Ophelya Collective, we’re a small, dedicated team and every order is packaged with care. Please allow time for us to process and fulfill your order properly.

 

Processing & Fulfillment Time

All orders require up to 14 business days (2 full weeks) from the order date to be processed and fulfilled before they ship. This does not include weekends or holidays.

We appreciate your patience as we work hard to ensure each package is perfect.

Shipping Time

Once fulfilled, shipping time will depend on your selected shipping method and location. Standard delivery times (after fulfillment) are:

• Domestic (Canada & US): 3–7 business days
• International: 7–21 business days, depending on customs and location

Please note that shipping timelines are estimates only and we are not responsible for delays due to carriers, customs, or weather-related issues.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been fulfilled, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to update.

Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered or incomplete addresses. Please double-check your shipping information at checkout.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may apply upon delivery. These are not included in your order total and are charged separately by your country’s customs office.
